As an official Autel reseller, we handle warranty cases directly. If your drone develops a technical issue during the warranty period, we will inspect and repair it without involving third parties.
The warranty process is clear and customer-friendly – we’ll provide instructions for submitting the device, evaluate the issue, and ensure a quick resolution according to Autel’s warranty policy.

We offer official Autel service only for Autel drones purchased from us, for all other drones that are not purchased from our company, a service fee of 89€ plus taxes will be added. This service includes diagnostics and we can clarify whether the product is under warranty or if the fault is on the customer’s part. The price includes, if the product is under warranty, handling the product and further procedures if necessary.
